• Corrosion Resistance: Neutral salt spray up to 720 hours for Z275.

Manufacturing Process & Standards

  1. Cold rolled coil cleaning and annealing

  2. Hot-dip galvanizing in molten zinc at 460–480°C

  3. Passivation/oiling

  4. Tension leveling and coiling

• Standards: ASTM A653, EN 10346, JIS G3302.

• Inspection: Coating weight test, bend test, adhesion check.

• Packaging: Steel straps, protective wrapping, coil eye protection.
