Manufacturing Process & Standards

• Process:

  1. Melting in EAF → AOD refining → Continuous casting

  2. Hot rolling → Annealing → Pickling

  3. Cold rolling (if required) → Final annealing and pickling

  4. Surface finishing (polishing, coating, or texturing)

• Standards: ASTM A240, EN 10088-2, JIS G4304/G4305.

• Testing: PMI (Positive Material Identification), intergranular corrosion test (ASTM A262), mechanical property verification.
